We hired Compass Moving Group LLC for my dad’s move. He’s older and moves slowly, but the guys just worked around him without rushing. He even thanked them himself, which he never does. Quick and Effortless!
James moved my office equipment last week. We had 5 desks, 3 chairs, and 2 cabinets filled with files. Everything was labeled clearly. If your office is moving, this is the team to trust.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
We moved our shop to a new commercial space, and the movers did an amazing job. They carried racks, boxes of inventory, and bulky furniture quickly, making the transition smooth. I was very happy with their service.
I honestly didn’t expect moving day to feel so calm. The crew stayed polite, worked consistently, and left me with nothing to worry about. I went to bed that night already feeling comfortable in my new home.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
I moved from a high-rise with strict time slots for using the service elevator. The movers coordinated directly with the building staff, stayed on schedule, and didn't cause any issues. I had some tech gear and heavy speakers that needed careful handling, and they packed them all securely. I've done a few moves before, but this was easily the smoothest one yet.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
