The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.

The movers emptied my storage unit with 10 years of stuff inside. Old sofa, shelves, and boxes were stacked tightly in the truck. They unloaded fast. I appreciated how efficient they were.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.

Called Compass Moving Group LLC the night before because my original plan fell through. I figured they’d say no, but they showed up right on time and got everything done. Really thankful they came through for me.
