Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
I do not leave many reviews, but I am leaving one for Compass Moving Group LLC. I had to move my son into his first apartment after college. He did not have much, but what he had was important to him. His desk was a mess of cords and computer parts, and the movers wrapped it all up without unplugging anything, so he would not have to set it up again. His bike was also a problem because apartments are not easy with bikes, but they strapped it to the side of the truck, and it arrived fine. At his new place, they carried everything up three floors and asked where he wanted his desk. He told me later that the movers were cool and did not make him feel like a kid.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
I had been putting off my move for weeks because I knew it was going to be exhausting. On the morning of the move, the team from Compass Moving Group LLC showed up with a calm attitude that instantly made me feel better. I remember watching them figure out how to get my large bookshelf through a narrow hallway without damaging the walls. They took their time and adjusted their approach instead of forcing it. By the evening, I was sitting in my new living room feeling grateful that I did not try to handle everything on my own.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
These guys saved me at the last minute when another company canceled on me the night before. Showed up early, worked nonstop, and didn't complain about my third-floor walk-up. Left my place clean too. Highly recommend.
My main concern was that my antique vanity would be scratched, yet they wrapped it as if it were a museum exhibit. These days, it's difficult to find someone with that level of attention to detail. I heartily endorse Compass Moving LLC.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Compass Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.

Five stars for the move. Michael helped me pack my kitchen in twenty minutes because I ran out of time, and he wrapped every glass individually.
