The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
Never been so pleased with a moving company before. From booking to delivery, everything went off without a hitch. Plus, the cherry on top was when the movers gave me a price breakdown of the final bill after delivery. I was very appreciative of their transparency. Kudos!
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
In every way, this moving company has blown me away. They moved my baby's cot and changing table expertly and carefully wrapped each item. The furniture's bolts and nuts were also packed in seal bags to keep them from getting destroyed. Best service overall.

They had a ‘fragile’ sticker on every delicate item and double-checked with me before loading. The delivery was just as smooth, and they didn’t leave until every box was in the right room.
I was impressed with how carefully the movers wrapped and loaded my belongings. Everything arrived in good condition, and the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The move was much less stressful than I expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.

They didn’t have any trouble with my finicky IKEA bookshelf, which I had struggled to assemble myself. They were so quick and efficient that I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything done. They exceeded my expectations.
