Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
Very professional and polite delivery team. They were punctual, friendly, and delivered my belongings on time. That is very appreciated
Kenneth and Jose loaded my pod with amazing skill. They completed the task promptly and with assistance and courtesy. I'll utilize them once more when I empty my pod. They completed the task in few hours, on schedule.
We only needed the extra room for a short time, so there were no extra costs, and everything went smoothly overall. We just moved from CO to NY, and everything went as planned.
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
Whenever I decided to look for other job opportunities throughout the country, Compass Moving Group LLC was there to support me. Their services allowed me to contact businesses, and they kept my orders on track. They carefully packed all of my possessions and put them in their designated places before they carried them home.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
