Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Compass Moving Group LLC is different from the rest 'cause they care about their customers. I appointed them at the last minute, and they agreed because 24/7 service was available.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
Compass Moving LLC was outstanding. My movers were really skilled, showed up on schedule, and moved our stuff quickly. Additionally, they managed to cram a couch into our flat, which was difficult to move. Well worth the money!
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
I am very impressed with Andrew and his team. They did more than promised and went above and beyond. Their staff was kind, careful, and considerate while handling our furniture. While loading and unloading, there was not a single incident. This is an outstanding recommendation of Compass Moving Group LLC. We are pleased with our choice of them!
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
I booked and canceled next day ..won't return my 768.77deposit ..been a week already the lady finally called was rude cause I asked for it back and wouldn't answer her questions i only wanted my deposit returned....don't use them !!!!
