The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
The movers did a good job of moving all my heavy furniture and boxes, but they could have been more careful with the cleanup. They left some scraps of cardboard and tape on the floor, and they didn’t sweep or vacuum the dust. I had to do some extra cleaning after they left, which was a bit annoying. They were nice and efficient, but they could have been more thorough.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
Compass Moving Group LLC relocated my belongings with precision. After being wrapped in blankets, everything was shrink-wrapped. Throughout the transfer, the movers maintained a level of respect and professionalism. Everything in my brand-new home is just where I told them to put it.
Very strongly suggested! My recent move from MD to NY went very smoothly thanks in large part to these movers. Professional, quick, friendly, and easy to talk to workers were on both sides! I got daily reports on where my goods were, which let me keep track of their progress. The package arrived on time, whole and unharmed. I'm going to use them again for sure!
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
