Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service here! The booking process was smooth – nothing overly complicated. Plus, James from the office desk guided me through the online procedure without getting annoyed once. He addressed my queries patiently too. I cannot thank him enough!
I was impressed with how carefully the movers wrapped and loaded my belongings. Everything arrived in good condition, and the team maintained a positive attitude the entire time. The move was much less stressful than I expected.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
The movers arrived on time and worked carefully throughout the day. They organized my boxes well and placed everything in the correct rooms. I settled into my new home much faster than expected.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
All three of the young males, but especially Donald, were great dancers. They helped us tremendously with arranging our possessions and were punctual and competent throughout the process. I highly recommend it!
The delivery and pick-up were both done punctually, and everything went according to schedule during the transfer. The movers were exceedingly careful when they packed everything
