Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
Three flights of stairs and narrow hallways didn't slow them down. The movers managed every piece with care, and nothing got dinged. They were kind enough to place the furniture exactly where I wanted. That was a huge help.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
We hired Compass Moving Group LLC for my dad’s move. He’s older and moves slowly, but the guys just worked around him without rushing. He even thanked them himself, which he never does. Quick and Effortless!
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
We moved our shop to a new commercial space, and the movers did an amazing job. They carried racks, boxes of inventory, and bulky furniture quickly, making the transition smooth. I was very happy with their service.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I completed a long-distance move from one state to another for work. I wasn't there when everything was picked up, which made me anxious. Once I met the crew at the destination, I saw how well they had organized the truck. I didn't find a single box out of place or damaged. Everything arrived within the promised window, and the whole experience felt dependable.
James moved my office equipment last week. We had 5 desks, 3 chairs, and 2 cabinets filled with files. Everything was labeled clearly. If your office is moving, this is the team to trust.
