Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I used Compass Moving Group LLC when relocating some household goods to a new house across town. They stopped by the day before to check access for their truck, which saved time later. The crew handled both packing and lifting smoothly. What I liked most was how they confirmed each step without needing reminders during the move.
The move from my small studio into a bigger apartment was quick. David managed the crew and made sure the bed, couch, and table were protected. They even helped place the sofa where I wanted it.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
I needed special handling for some oversized items, and the movers had no problem. They wrapped, lifted, and carried each one like pros. Everything arrived safely, and it saved me a lot of worry about damage.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Compass Moving Group LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
