HI, I would like to formally complain about this shipment. It has been far past the 30 days that you have had to deliver my shipment. The supervisor I spoke to this morning says that my shipment is still in Georgia as you do not have a driver scheduled to deliver to Massachusetts. If you knew from the beginning that you would not have the means to satisfy my shipping needs within the time frame, why did you take my money and promise to deliver? I find you are in breach of the contract and i need you to schedule a delivery at your own cost as soon as possible.

I would give a 0 if I could. They damaged multiple items as well as lost the screws and stuff. When we filed a claim with pictures we received no response from them it now has been 3 months and they still have yet to respond to our claim.

Broke contract terms and conditions

Cobra Van Lines were ok on pack out but misrepresented using insurance coverage by offering lower rate at .60 per lb but never reduced overall route and then took more than 120 days allowed by contract to deliver decision on claim and would not honor increase compensation for being late and only wanted to cover .60 per lb on estimated weight of items destroyed and in repairable. Delivery was truck driver and people he hired here on Craigslist. I would never have done business with them knowing how they conduct business.

DONT DO IT

DONT DO IT. Find someone else. The mover came a day and another 3 hours late- and walked out because he didn’t want to do the move. After coming back he said the company didn’t tell him it was this big- he then quoted and made me pay MORE money and did not complete the move! Prompting me to have to hire and pay ANOTHER moving company to complete the job. I currently STILL DO NOT HAVE MY THINGS! They were picked up 3 weeks ago! DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM! Save your time, money and valuables! Terrible terrible terrible!

I would definitely use Cobra Van Lines LLC again!! Your employees that did our move were very professional and very polite. They put everything were we asked and did it all with a pleasant attitude. Great Work by Cobra Van Lines

I was nervous about moving all of my belongings across the country, but when I met Ricardo I immediately stopped worrying. He and Freddie did an amazing job preparing my furniture for the move--better, in fact, than I could have imagined. All of my belongings were treated with care and my furniture was wrapped very carefully. Ricardo even hand-carried a bureau that was fragile, though it would have been easier to use the dolly. The two of them were a fabulous team: I can't recommend them highly enough.

They Took Good Care

The team of four movers, led by him, He was outstanding throughout the entire move. The day started with them being on time and communicating their plans to move us. Each member of the team was very respectful and agreeable to any request we made. They took good care of all our belongings, and we had no damage. Unsatisfied customer SERVICE

We went through Safe Ship to coordinate our move from New Orleans to Oregon. Safe Ship contracted with Cobra Van Lines and that's where it all went terribly wrong. I don't even know how to stress enough that you should not use Cobra Van Lines. The driver did his best to try to exhort additional money from us stating that the gradual steps to our front door were unsafe for his Craigslist hired team. He threatened to not leave our belongings, and charge us for storing them an additional day(s). We were told if one of the team got injured we were willing to pay their medical bills. His three hired people also asked us repeatedly for more money. The one man told us that the driver wasn't paying them enough. That 'the driver told them to ask us'. The experience was surreal, intimidating, and scary. Our furniture was damaged, wood floors in the house scraped, a wrought iron 98 year old gate at the front of the house broken; Jewelry, power tools, and more were stolen. Countless items broken. We've moved 11 times and this was by far the worst experience we've ever experienced. Please save yourself the pain, the distress, and the money wasted and do not hire Cobra Van Lines. Ask any company such as Simply Safe if they contract with Cobra. I've spent 3 months trying to get some type resolution. No one deserves to be treated like we were. Follow up - I placed my claim for stolen items & damages to our goods & property. I placed my claim in Feb. & it's May & I've not received a payment yet. Claims dept. closed until 1pm in the afternoon. I've dealt with Andrea on this claim. She doesn't answer emails & finally I reached her today which wasn't easy. Her extension number didn't work. If anyone needs to attend a customer service class it's her. As I wrote before, stay clear of this company. It's been shy of 6 months of hell dealing with what happened to us. I suspect our refund will be another blow once we (or if we) receive our check.
