Clutter Moving and Storage Claim Business?

Oct 20, 2023

Humble and Able Team!

Khillage and Bryan were my helpers. I had to leave early for an errand and gave them access to my apartment. They were very responsible and moved all the boxes and pulled up against the wall where exactly I want them to put. When I came back the door and everything was closed and the key was left in the kitchen counter just like them promised. Very satisfied, 5 stars.

Terrible

Company has failed to call back on 3 separate days trying to set the INITIAL sales meeting. Then continues to spam text me via some constant drip campaign. Terrible

Simple, Seamless and Satisfactory!!!

Earnest and Michael were the ones for the job. Professional guys. Made my move effortless and went the extra step to ask where and how I wanted things loaded

Don’t hire these movers.

Horrible movers. They couldn't move the couch so we had to hire another moving company to do so instead which cost us $400. They left everything in the living room and refused to take anything up stairs. took 8 hrs to move us due to wrapping everything including power strips. One mover was sick and disappeared for almost an hour. The company charged us over $1000 and said we were entitled a refund due to poor service but only refunded us $70. Will never use them again.

They way over charge you!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I believed all the 4/5 star ratings. This company is not at all accommodating when you actually want your stuff back. Their warehouse is closed on Mondays, you have to have an appointment to get your stuff back. When they damage your stuff they claim "it's not covered under their contract". Read the contract very carefully. So many things not covered. Also if you can't find exactly what was damaged on Amazon or wherever you bought it from they only give you $1 per pound for the item. They damaged a tote with many items in it. Almost impossible to itemized every item but it barely weighed 2 lbs so unless I found the tote cost only I was going to get $2!!!! Do NOT use Clutter if you value anything in storage. They outsource their customer service to representatives that are barely understandable and their scripts are "I understand, I can help" but they don't! Do not use this company. They way over charge you!

Faultless service!

Joshua and Xentli spent several hours carefully packaging for storage some of our family’s most treasured items. They were courteous, efficient, and I highly recommend them for all of your packing and storage needs.

Made the move significantly easier.

Andrew A. and Robert M. were fantastic. They assisted us with unloading our 20ft truck. Placed all our large furniture and boxes exactly where we needed them. These two went above and beyond to even put a couple, more complicated items back together. A huge help and a highly recommend these two humans! Made the move significantly easier.
