Read More Worst company ever, from the customer service to the movers. Don’t book with them unless you want your price to go up over 200% without any explanations. Told them my item list over 3 times, confirmed and reconfirmed yet they still tried to raise the price from 1800 on the binding contract to $8600…. Keep in mind this was for a 1 bedroom apt move. It’s laughable and of course they don’t want to give a refund on the deposit because I “refused” on site. Like yeah sorry I am not comfortable paying almost $7,000 more than we agreed on. The movers also showed up over 4 hours late and the guy that called me with my quote and claimed that he would be there for me throughout the whole move ghosted me when things went bad. The movers also said they were late for a couple of different reasons which was sketchy.
