I create marionettes and hand puppets. Each one has its own personality. The crew treated my puppets like they were alive. They asked their names. They packed them with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my small puppet theater. It was a joyful and whimsical move.
I craft violins by hand. My workshop is filled with delicate wood, varnish, and half-finished instruments. The crew treated my workshop like a luthier's sanctuary. They wrapped everything in soft cloth. They kept the temperature stable. My instruments arrived without a single crack. That's craftsmanship on their part too.
We were very nervous before, but Choice Vanline assuaged our worries with their flat rate guarantee. The amount that we paid from the start was the exact amount that we knew.
The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
I have a lot of crystals, candles, and delicate tarot decks. The crew was respectful of my spiritual practice. They asked questions with genuine curiosity. They wrapped my crystals individually and made sure my altars were packed with care. They even helped me set up my new reading room. It was a peaceful and positive move.
Before the door of the truck even rolled closed, Choice Vanline gave us a detailed itemized inventory sheet and we had no doubt that anything would be left behind.
Choice Vanline were responsible for the relocation of our restaurant's commercial kitchen counters and heavy refrigeration units, using specialized heavy-duty equipment.
Our lead coordinator from Choice Vanline called us halfway through our interstate transit only to give an update on the location of the truck via its gps. Comforting Customer Service.
There was a late night packing job which we hadn't completed. The crew guys assisted us in wrapping the last items without hesitation. We can’t begin to thank them!
Call Choice Vanline to have a moving crew that doesn't drag their feet. By lunchtime we were all loaded into the truck, into our whole 2-bedroom townhouse!
