I was conscious about moving my delicate electronics and furniture to my home office. Fortunately, this company's movers were very careful with packing, loading, and even unpacking and setting up in my new space. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process!
We had an extra garage that we could pack with tools, goods, shelves and all manner of packing boxes. The crew went through all the items with us before loading, to make sure nothing was left behind. It took longer than the house, but they were patient.
The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
There was a late night packing job which we hadn't completed. The crew guys assisted us in wrapping the last items without hesitation. We can’t begin to thank them!
I craft violins by hand. My workshop is filled with delicate wood, varnish, and half-finished instruments. The crew treated my workshop like a luthier's sanctuary. They wrapped everything in soft cloth. They kept the temperature stable. My instruments arrived without a single crack. That's craftsmanship on their part too.
I was very worried about moving my delicate glass furniture, but these moving companies took good care of it. They double-wrapped, built special crates and made sure nothing was scratched along the way. Superb attention to detail!
Delicate oil paintings, Order #MV-76201, were wrapped by the crew on Truck #110 with the care of a museum art handler.
My family and I were moving across the country, and I was afraid of all the logistics. However, this company made packing and transporting easy and stress-free. They kept me updated, so I had no reason to worry, and all my items arrived without any issues. I highly recommend them to all!
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.
I race sailboats, and my garage was packed with sails, rigging, and trophies. The crew was fascinated by my equipment. They asked about my races and my toughest competitions. They carefully rolled my sails, labeled every piece of rigging, and packed my trophies with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new gear room. I was on the water the following weekend.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
