The moving team was very good in their efforts to care for the furniture before loading. They carefully wrapped and carried the furniture (sofas, tables and bedroom furniture). When transporting larger items through low spaces, they were also mindful of the walls and door frames. The attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence.
This was our first time moving with professional movers, and the process was much easier than moving all on our own. The larger items were heavy, and the crew took care of them; we got on with arranging the smaller items. They were respectful, tactful, efficient and moved the furniture where we told them to.
We were travelling from region to region and the storm was pouring down, however, the crew managed to keep all of the mattresses, boxes and upholstery totally dry with heavy-duty wraps and fast footwork!
The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
Right on schedule and respectful from the first handshake. Fragile boxes were packed with real thought, and the crew handled our spiral staircase like seasoned pros. Steady updates throughout, delivery hit the promised window, and costs lined up exactly with the estimate. Would happily use them again.
Everyone was on time, friendly, and easy to work with. They took good care of our furniture and were especially careful with the fragile items. The stairs weren’t an issue at all, and everything was handled without any problems. They kept us updated throughout the move, and our delivery arrived right when expected. The final price was exactly what we were quoted. Overall, we had a really good experience.
I have a lot of fencing gear. Foils, masks, jackets, and trophies. The crew was intrigued by my sport. They asked about my bouts. They carefully packed my equipment and labeled every piece. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new training space. I was back on the piste within days.
I race sailboats, and my garage was packed with sails, rigging, and trophies. The crew was fascinated by my equipment. They asked about my races and my toughest competitions. They carefully rolled my sails, labeled every piece of rigging, and packed my trophies with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new gear room. I was on the water the following weekend.
The moving company really communicated with me. We were informed before moving day, and the crew stayed in touch about their arrival. They arrived and explained to us how they were going to load the truck. The entire migration was successful and without any surprises.
I craft violins by hand. My workshop is filled with delicate wood, varnish, and half-finished instruments. The crew treated my workshop like a luthier's sanctuary. They wrapped everything in soft cloth. They kept the temperature stable. My instruments arrived without a single crack. That's craftsmanship on their part too.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
