What impressed me most was the way they communicated throughout the day. Edward updated me at each step so I never had to guess what was happening next. We had 3 pickup stops before reaching the final location, and everything stayed on track. I am very satisfied with how it all turned out.
After finishing a small weekend market, I had to move my display tables, boxes of prints, and art supplies back to my studio. The movers arrived on time and started packing everything carefully. They wrapped the frames and placed them in the truck so they wouldn’t slide during the drive. The tables and stands were loaded in a way that kept them steady. The delivery didn’t take long, and nothing was damaged when we unloaded.
I craft violins by hand. My workshop is filled with delicate wood, varnish, and half-finished instruments. The crew treated my workshop like a luthier's sanctuary. They wrapped everything in soft cloth. They kept the temperature stable. My instruments arrived without a single crack. That's craftsmanship on their part too.

I forage and dry wild mushrooms. I have a lot of delicate dried specimens and spore prints. The crew helped me pack everything carefully. They understood that some of my mushrooms were rare and irreplaceable. They even asked about foraging. My collection arrived perfectly preserved.
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.

I had about 50 boxes of heavy books and a massive oak desk that wouldn't fit in my car, so I hired this crew. They arrived on time and got straight to work loading the truck without any small talk. It was a lot of physical labor, but they didn't slow down until the house was empty. They even figured out how to get that desk through the tight kitchen doorway without taking the legs off. It was a huge help, and everything got there fine. I would suggest calling this team if you plan to move soon.
