Charles was part of the team that helped me move to a new neighborhood. He worked with such calm confidence that I never had to worry about anything. He talked through what needed to be done and made sure his team stayed organized.
Creating prosthetic eyes is delicate, precision work. My workshop was filled with tiny paints, molds, and half-finished pieces. The crew treated my supplies like they were surgical instruments. They wrapped each item individually, labeled every box, and kept everything organized. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new bench exactly as I had it before. I was back to work within days. Their care was extraordinary.
I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The team was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was completed without any issues. I would definitely use their service again.
There was a late night packing job which we hadn't completed. The crew guys assisted us in wrapping the last items without hesitation. We can’t begin to thank them!
I forage and dry wild mushrooms. I have a lot of delicate dried specimens and spore prints. The crew helped me pack everything carefully. They understood that some of my mushrooms were rare and irreplaceable. They even asked about foraging. My collection arrived perfectly preserved.
I appreciated the care and professionalism shown throughout the experience. The team worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail. Their commitment to quality really stood out.
The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
Everything was completed smoothly without any unnecessary delays. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I was very impressed.
I create marionettes and hand puppets. Each one has its own personality. The crew treated my puppets like they were alive. They asked their names. They packed them with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my small puppet theater. It was a joyful and whimsical move.
The team provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. They were responsive, organized, and handled everything with great care. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
