We moved on a very hot day. The team was determined in the heat, focused and went the distance, without shortcuts. We applaud them!
To move from a duplex with narrow hallways was difficult but the movers did fine with them. They did a terrific job!
The movers moved in and out of a 4-story townhouse without any problems, since the house has a lot of furniture. They were very good with them. Thoroughly impressed!
We were moving out of a third floor, and I was dreading the stairs. The team from Choice Van Line showed up early and got straight to work. They carried everything down without taking a single break. My couch barely fit through the stairwell, but they figured it out. They wrapped it up and got it down safely. Nothing got damaged, and they worked as a team really well. Great experience overall.
My neighbor recommended Choice Van Line to me, and I am glad she did. I have this big glass dining table that I bought overseas, and I was so scared it would break during the move. I showed it to David, and he said we move these all the time don’t worry. They wrapped it in like three layers of stuff and wrote fragile on every side in big letters. When they unloaded it at my new place, I checked it right away, not even a scratch.

I didn't have to repeat instructions or keep checking on them. The whole process felt straightforward and easy to follow. It was clear they had done many moves like this before.
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.
