The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
Our lead coordinator from Choice Vanline called us halfway through our interstate transit only to give an update on the location of the truck via its gps. Comforting Customer Service.
There was a considerable amount of artwork and fragile materials that were involved in our move. Each had a special padding used by the team. Everything arrived safely!
I have framed butterflies from around the world. Each one is delicate and irreplaceable. The crew treated my collection like it was in a natural history museum. They wrapped each frame individually. They kept them flat and secure. Not a single wing was damaged. I was amazed by their care.
I compete in baking championships, so I have a lot of specialty pans, molds, and decorating tools. The crew helped me pack everything with care. They kept my fondant tools separate and organized. They even asked about my competitions. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new kitchen. I was practicing within days.
Our elevator reservation rules are quite strict; it was organized by Choice Vanline timing it down to the minute in our building management. They were efficient, on time and very courteous.
Centuries-old maps are fragile beyond belief. One wrong fold and a piece of history is ruined. The crew treated my collection like it was in the Library of Congress. They used archival tissue, flat storage boxes, and never once rolled anything improperly. When we arrived, every map was pristine. I was deeply impressed.
Before the door of the truck even rolled closed, Choice Vanline gave us a detailed itemized inventory sheet and we had no doubt that anything would be left behind.
The closing delays meant that we had to move twice and Choice Vanline was very flexible and patient with us and our changing dates.
I forage and dry wild mushrooms. I have a lot of delicate dried specimens and spore prints. The crew helped me pack everything carefully. They understood that some of my mushrooms were rare and irreplaceable. They even asked about foraging. My collection arrived perfectly preserved.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
