The crew showed up right when they said they would. They carried boxes out one by one and packed the truck tightly. The move took only a few hours, and all things were in good shape when they were delivered. It saved me a lot of work, and I felt relaxed by the end.
Yesterday’s move from TX to NY was simple but busy, as it was on Sunday. I had to relocate to a new place closer to work. The movers showed up on time and worked without slowing down. I was very satisfied with the effort.
The crew was energetic and professional in their approach, as they moved from a multi-story townhouse which was daunting. Outstanding effort!
My move was small, just a studio apartment. But I had a lot of heavy exercise equipment, including a full weight bench and dumbbells. I was worried I would be charged extra, but the estimate given by Choice Van Line was honored. The two movers who handled it were amazing. They placed the weights exactly where I wanted them in the new building's tiny storage closet. Highly recommended for heavy lifting.
My last-minute booking for a city transfer was accepted quickly. The staff confirmed all details in advance, arrived on time, and ensured every packed item was delivered according to the agreed slot.
I create marionettes and hand puppets. Each one has its own personality. The crew treated my puppets like they were alive. They asked their names. They packed them with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my small puppet theater. It was a joyful and whimsical move.
The moving service was professional and friendly. They picked up my belongings and delivered them safely from TX to NY. Each item arrived on time and in good condition. I found the price to be very fair compared to other companies.
Few moves go as smoothly as this one did. The team arrived early, checked what needed to go first, and packed room by room. They stayed focused without wasting time. Every piece was reached in perfect shape, and unloading was handled just as neatly. The crew finished right on schedule, and the entire process felt simple from start to finish.
To move from a duplex with narrow hallways was difficult but the movers did fine with them. They did a terrific job!
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
