What a relief this crew was. They showed up exactly when promised, explained how they'd tackle the job, and kept moving without any wasted time. Our stuff was wrapped securely, and they handled the narrow hallways and stairs like it was second nature.

The unloading process was not as organized as I expected. Several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms, and I had to move some of them myself. The crew also seemed eager to finish quickly. Overall, I found the experience frustrating.
