My mother hired Choice to move some sentimental items from Utah to Washington. They did not deliver her items and now will not take her calls. This place is a total and complete scam. It has now been over a month and she has not received any of her items .
The crew did not seem fully prepared for the amount of furniture involved in the move. Loading took considerably longer than expected, and there was some confusion about how certain items should be handled. The process felt less coordinated than it should have been. Better preparation could have prevented these issues.

The movers moved in and out of a 4-story townhouse without any problems, since the house has a lot of furniture. They were very good with them. Thoroughly impressed!
