We've moved to a townhouse (40 minutes' drive away). The crew we hired from this company arrived right on time and walked through the plan before starting. They did not cause any harm to the walls or elevators. Boxes were handled properly, and the furniture was wrapped. The entire process went smoothly!
The movers take great care not to damage any of the items they transport. Even when I told them that I would be fine with rushed service, they still didn't rush. There was no mistaking their determination to do a good job. I will never forget their integrity when I call movers the next time.
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.
Creating prosthetic eyes is delicate, precision work. My workshop was filled with tiny paints, molds, and half-finished pieces. The crew treated my supplies like they were surgical instruments. They wrapped each item individually, labeled every box, and kept everything organized. When we arrived, they helped me set up my new bench exactly as I had it before. I was back to work within days. Their care was extraordinary.
We moved on a very hot day. The team was determined in the heat, focused and went the distance, without shortcuts. We applaud them!
The moving company not only moved our stuff. They broke into our beds, bed frames, dining tables and big shelving unit. They put each item in its proper place at the new house and correctly reassembled it.
I create marionettes and hand puppets. Each one has its own personality. The crew treated my puppets like they were alive. They asked their names. They packed them with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my small puppet theater. It was a joyful and whimsical move.
We used movers last month and were very impressed with how they handled the move. They confirmed on the day before that they arrived with the correct equipment and put down floor protection without being reminded. The movers were attentive, clear and did not take any unnecessary breaks. There is no drama, but it's a job well done!
I craft violins by hand. My workshop is filled with delicate wood, varnish, and half-finished instruments. The crew treated my workshop like a luthier's sanctuary. They wrapped everything in soft cloth. They kept the temperature stable. My instruments arrived without a single crack. That's craftsmanship on their part too.
They took care to the next level when I called them to assist with relocating my work-at-home office. They marked every cable and even took pictures of the connections before they took anything apart. They packed the monitors in foam and the like. Fortunately, everything was put back together as I remembered it. Thank you very much, I can't thank you enough!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
