To move from a duplex with narrow hallways was difficult but the movers did fine with them. They did a terrific job!
When our home was remodeled, Choice Vanline assisted us in the process of transporting our furniture from DE to LA. The team took care to avoid freshly painted walls and newly installed floor. They came according to our instructions and put our house back together.
We had to carefully move our home down a spiral staircase. The crew got by without a problem. So professional!

I forage and dry wild mushrooms. I have a lot of delicate dried specimens and spore prints. The crew helped me pack everything carefully. They understood that some of my mushrooms were rare and irreplaceable. They even asked about foraging. My collection arrived perfectly preserved.
We were moving at 8 AM with the promise to finish before the afternoon and so booked Choice Vanline for the move. The crew arrived when they were supposed, and proceeded methodically through the home. Moving from TN to MD went according to plan.
Choice Van Lines misrepresented how much volume of my furniture I had. I clearly told the lady representative Jen on the phone I had 10,000 lbs and they still put 510 cf. (3570 lbs) on my contract. They have on their contract if you cancel for any reason including them not getting your volume of furniture right. They want your bank account information and not your debit card so you can’t dispute the charge. Wouldn’t recommend them. Matter of fact read the contract and enter their estimated volume in ChatGPT to see if it’s enough for what you have in your house. Don’t sign until everything is right on the contract. Because you won’t be able to dispute the charge from your bank account. I give them no stars because I lost $1000. Don’t book with them. I had 3 bed 2.5 bath home and they said my contract only allowed me to use 1/3 of their 26ft moving truck. They told me to leave some stuff behind. Never again. Lesson learned.
We were on the move across state lines in a blizzard warning, and we knew all of this was going to be a disaster. Then the crew arrived on schedule with the floor protectors, waterproof blankets, and a smile to match. They did not hurry; they wrapped everything securely and even made a way from our back door to the truck. The delivery was delayed by an hour due to highway blockage, but they had a good way of communication, and they were not forcing us to take the delivery early. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism!
