This team provided us with the type of high-end customer service we were seeking! They were on time, courteous and attentive to all requests.
I create marionettes and hand puppets. Each one has its own personality. The crew treated my puppets like they were alive. They asked their names. They packed them with care. When we arrived, they helped me set up my small puppet theater. It was a joyful and whimsical move.
Christopher and the crew made our office move painless. They meticulously packed and transported our kitchen appliances and break room furniture, including a large refrigerator and coffee machine, in pristine condition at the new office. The electrical appliances and office files/documents were delivered securely too. The move was completed on schedule, and we were able to settle in quickly too. Excellent work!
I have a small art business and was particularly worried about transporting canvases, framed prints and delicate sculptures. The guys who were moving actually used special boxes and ensured that all the corners of all the items were bubble-wrapped. What a flexible and professional attitude that was for just a cent!
The movers moved in and out of a 4-story townhouse without any problems, since the house has a lot of furniture. They were very good with them. Thoroughly impressed!
We moved on a very hot day. The team was determined in the heat, focused and went the distance, without shortcuts. We applaud them!
The team was on time and efficient all day. They were wrapped up well and there was not any damage during the move. We are pleased!
We were forced to reschedule our move date due to a family emergency. The company was very accommodating and rescheduled us without any hassle or charges. The move went without a hitch, and we were so grateful!
There was a late night packing job which we hadn't completed. The crew guys assisted us in wrapping the last items without hesitation. We can’t begin to thank them!
The house was a pleasure to move into, very clean. The crew used a Magic Eraser to clean floors and used it as necessary before leaving.
