My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
The moving service was professional and friendly. They picked up my belongings and delivered them safely from TX to NY. Each item arrived on time and in good condition. I found the price to be very fair compared to other companies.
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
I needed help moving my things at the last minute. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and ensured everything was packed securely. Nothing was damaged, and the whole process was completed quickly. I was so relieved to have such a professional team handle it for me.
Anyone looking for a move should consider using this crew. I am glad I chose them because they were very honest and worked very hard. All of my items are now safe in my house.
Running a small-batch chocolate business from home means I have tempering machines, molds, and a lot of temperature-sensitive ingredients. The crew treated my equipment like it belonged in a laboratory. They kept my cocoa butter in a climate-controlled section of the truck. When we arrived, everything was intact and my business was back up within two days.
My family rented a POD, but we needed professional help loading it correctly. We booked three hours of their labor-only service. The crew knew exactly how to maximize the space inside the container. Everything was loaded tightly and securely. They saved us so much time.
I was not satisfied with the moving service. The arrangements could have been handled more professionally. Communication was not as clear as I would have liked. I expected a smoother and more organized moving experience.
They took care of all the packing and even helped carry a few extra things I forgot about. Everyone worked quietly and stayed on task. The whole thing went quicker than I thought it would.
We moved cross-country with furniture and storage unit. The crew produced everything in one efficient trip. Very well done!
