My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.

Unfortunately, due to a previous job running over during the morning, we were slightly late, but the crew communicated well and worked double time when they arrived to ensure that we were not late.
The movers were professional and respectful throughout the household move. They worked carefully with both large furniture and delicate items. Everything arrived and was placed where it was needed.
These people are scam artist!! They will quote you one price, but then charge you extra for everything along the way. I had less stuff to move than was quoted and was still charged extra or they were not going to take all my stuff. Their reason was “the people that quote it don’t really understand how it works”. They charged me for having too many steps. They did not show up for a week and did not tell me til moving day that it could be that long. Our picture frames were broken. Our stuff was in black and yellow totes and came to us in boxes, the screws to our bed frame were missing so our bed was not put back together and they didn’t care one bit. They left all their garbage out on our sidewalk and drove away. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!
All the items came safe and sound – several delicate lamps and a large mirror. Those were the things I was really concerned about. Great care was taken
