They were hired to pick up furniture from our house and move it to a storage facility. The team carefully stacked everything and left a clear path so we could get to some key boxes later. Large pieces were placed at the end, and wooden furniture was suitably covered.
The amount charged at the end was different from what I had anticipated because of an additional fee. I would have liked a clear explanation of that cost before the move was completed. Having an unexpected expense at the end was frustrating. The pricing should have been communicated more clearly.
