My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.

They picked up belongings, including 3 TVs and an entertainment center, and the driver left without giving a copy of the bill of lading. It has now been THREE WEEKS. Called repeatedly trying to find out where my belongings are and when they will be delivered. No delivery date. No bill of lading. No clear answers. Today they suddenly claimed they didn't even have the delivery address - the address that had already been provided to their driver. Police have been contacted.

The moving team took much longer than the estimated timeframe. There were delays during both loading and unloading, and the schedule became difficult to manage. I also felt that the process lacked coordination. I hope the company improves its organization.
If you can avoid Choice Vanlines do it. They will give you an estimate and the day of the move they will increase the price 3 times more. Not only that but at the delivery they will also increase the price and if you don’t pay they will leave with your stuff. They refused to take my things out if I didn’t pay them more even if it wasn’t on the contract. After I payed them what they were asking, half of the boxes were open, ripped, wet, in horrible state. They would just throw your boxes even if they are delicate, my dishes got here all broken. Horrible company, horrible costumer service, do yourself a favor and go with a different moving company. Also I don’t understand how there is many positive reviews if a lot of people has told me horrible
