When the belongings reached the new house, several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. We had clearly marked them beforehand, but the labels were not consistently followed. This created extra work because we had to move many boxes ourselves. The unloading could have been much more organized.

The crew seemed focused on finishing quickly rather than taking their time. More care with the household items would have been appreciated.

Things from her late husband. Things that can not be replaced. They took her payment and never delivered. They will not answer her calls or emails. It turned out the address they gave in Saddle Brook, NJ is false. Everything about them is a scam. BEWARE!!!
