I had an excellent moving experience from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made the entire process stress-free. My belongings arrived safely, and I would gladly recommend their service.
They called almost an hour early to inform me of the move and took some time to get there, due to traffic. This kind of communication was a huge help. They hurriedly arrived and treated all articles with care.
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
They were able to carry a rather heavy gun safe with great dexterity. It wasn't the most straightforward of tasks, but they were able to complete the task with the appropriate equipment and safety measures.
I was not satisfied with the moving service. The arrangements could have been handled more professionally. Communication was not as clear as I would have liked. I expected a smoother and more organized moving experience.
We moved cross-country with furniture and storage unit. The crew produced everything in one efficient trip. Very well done!
The professionalism of the staff was outstanding. They treated me with respect, explained every step clearly, and completed the job exactly as expected. I truly appreciate their honesty and dedication.
Running a small-batch chocolate business from home means I have tempering machines, molds, and a lot of temperature-sensitive ingredients. The crew treated my equipment like it belonged in a laboratory. They kept my cocoa butter in a climate-controlled section of the truck. When we arrived, everything was intact and my business was back up within two days.
The movers were cordial, respectful and quite cheerful given that it was one of the hottest days of the year. They were working without skipping any steps and even asked themselves the question of where to place each box rather than placing them all in one room.
Tornado warnings were popping up on every channel the morning of our move. Most people would have cancelled. Not this crew. They monitored the radar, timed our loading between storm cells, and wrapped everything in industrial-grade waterproof covers. We hit the road during a break in the weather and made it to our new place before the next wave hit. I've never seen such calm under pressure.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
