Crew was effective and courteous; they had to scavenge wardrobe boxes almost at the end of the packing. The remainder of the move was so smooth – we boxed up the last few coats ourselves.
The moving team was very careful with our belongings. We had several older wooden furniture pieces that we were particularly concerned about, but they handled them gently. They also wrapped the items that needed protection and kept everything in good shape.
The movers did a great job protecting our larger furniture before carrying it out. They were also careful around the floors and walls, which was important because some of the pieces were quite bulky. The move went smoothly and there were no unpleasant surprises.
Office staff were very responsive when I called to update our inventory list before the move day. The crew arrived on the move date in the exact-size truck we needed for our belongings.
We had a few oversized items that required some planning to move properly. The movers took a moment to figure out the best route instead of trying to carry everything straight through. Their patience paid off, and everything was moved without any damage.
I moved across town with a lot of items in tow. The crew were careful and after delivery even helped with unpacking. Well done!
Tornado warnings were popping up on every channel the morning of our move. Most people would have cancelled. Not this crew. They monitored the radar, timed our loading between storm cells, and wrapped everything in industrial-grade waterproof covers. We hit the road during a break in the weather and made it to our new place before the next wave hit. I've never seen such calm under pressure.
My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
Try finding movers who will transport beehives. Go ahead, I'll wait. These folks didn't even hesitate. They built special carriers, sealed the hives at night when the bees were calm, and transported them with care. Not a single sting. Not a single lost bee. They even asked questions about honey production. True professionals with nerves of steel.
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
