My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
Running a small-batch chocolate business from home means I have tempering machines, molds, and a lot of temperature-sensitive ingredients. The crew treated my equipment like it belonged in a laboratory. They kept my cocoa butter in a climate-controlled section of the truck. When we arrived, everything was intact and my business was back up within two days.
Everything was handled with care during the move. The team worked hard, communicated well, and made sure every box was delivered safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The team leader was very well organized throughout the day. He gave each of his men specific jobs to do, kept a list of all the items on a clipboard, and would call me from time to time to make sure I was satisfied with the progress he was making. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
I moved across town with a lot of items in tow. The crew were careful and after delivery even helped with unpacking. Well done!
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
I was so overwhelmed with the idea of packing and downsizing all of my belongings that I was a senior moving into a smaller retirement community. The entire crew was very patient, kind and respectful all morning. They were able to help me put my favorite furniture in the new setup, which made it much easier and less fraught.
I really appreciated the professionalism of the moving crew. They arrived prepared, handled every item carefully, and completed the move on schedule. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
It was a good deal, the employees were friendly, and no damage was done. It was not elaborate, but they did what they said they would. I highly recommend them to those searching for the most reliable movers.
Tornado warnings were popping up on every channel the morning of our move. Most people would have cancelled. Not this crew. They monitored the radar, timed our loading between storm cells, and wrapped everything in industrial-grade waterproof covers. We hit the road during a break in the weather and made it to our new place before the next wave hit. I've never seen such calm under pressure.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Choice Vanline holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
