The crew did not seem fully prepared for the amount of furniture involved in the move. Loading took considerably longer than expected, and there was some confusion about how certain items should be handled. The process felt less coordinated than it should have been. Better preparation could have prevented these issues.

They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
The packing service was not as thorough as we expected. Some boxes had very little padding, while others were packed without clear labels. This made it difficult to know which items belonged in each room once we reached the new house. We ended up spending extra time sorting everything after delivery.
When the belongings reached the new house, several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. We had clearly marked them beforehand, but the labels were not consistently followed. This created extra work because we had to move many boxes ourselves. The unloading could have been much more organized.

We had to rearrange a number of things ourselves afterward. More attention to our instructions would have improved the experience.

Try finding movers who will transport beehives. Go ahead, I'll wait. These folks didn't even hesitate. They built special carriers, sealed the hives at night when the bees were calm, and transported them with care. Not a single sting. Not a single lost bee. They even asked questions about honey production. True professionals with nerves of steel.
We moved cross-country with furniture and storage unit. The crew produced everything in one efficient trip. Very well done!
