They were okay with the smaller task of moving a few big pieces, but I just needed a few. We had no problems with them moving our sofa, bed, etc. and some appliances. The crew was professional even though it was a relatively small move.
There were lots of books, and those boxes were heavier than I thought they were when packing them. The movers were careful not to overfill the boxes and carefully moved them. They also housed them in the space where we were going to set up our library. Very helpful service.
