We had some unusually heavy solid-wood furniture that required quite a bit of effort to move. The movers handled those pieces carefully and worked together instead of trying to rush the job. They also paid attention to the walls and flooring, and everything arrived in good condition.
Running a small-batch chocolate business from home means I have tempering machines, molds, and a lot of temperature-sensitive ingredients. The crew treated my equipment like it belonged in a laboratory. They kept my cocoa butter in a climate-controlled section of the truck. When we arrived, everything was intact and my business was back up within two days.
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
The relocation was handled in a steady and organized way by the crew. They protected the furniture and made sure the boxes were handled carefully during the move. Their efficient unloading helped make the settling-in process easier.
My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
We had a pretty challenging move because of the size of our furniture and the narrow doorways. The movers were patient and tried different ways to get everything through safely. They protected the walls and furniture, and I was happy with how everything turned out.
I really liked how careful the crew was with our bedroom furniture. The king-size bed was difficult to maneuver because of the stairs, but they took their time and figured out the best way to get it upstairs. There were no scratches on the walls or damage to the furniture.
The movers handled the relocation with good planning and attention to detail. They worked efficiently while still being careful with the furniture and household boxes. The entire move from loading to unloading was organized and straightforward.
I was not satisfied with the moving service. The arrangements could have been handled more professionally. Communication was not as clear as I would have liked. I expected a smoother and more organized moving experience.
I moved across town with a lot of items in tow. The crew were careful and after delivery even helped with unpacking. Well done!
