My experience with this moving company was disappointing. The moving process was more stressful than I expected. I felt that better communication and organization were needed. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations.
We need to move our home gym equipment, but it's heavy and bulky. They were equipped with proper dollies. Made it all the way up to the second floor safely. No damage, no strain, no drama.
We had a bad experience with a previous moving company. This was quite a different day. It was professionalism and punctuality. From the first day, it was evident that there was a clear difference.
We moved from a larger home into a smaller house, which meant we had to be very organized with our belongings. The packing team helped tremendously by sorting everything carefully and labeling the boxes. Because everything was grouped by room, we could decide what to unpack first and what could wait. The whole process felt much more controlled.
My voice is my instrument, and my home is my practice space. I was worried about my piano and my extensive sheet music collection. The crew handled my piano like it was a Stradivarius. They even asked me to sing something while they worked. I belted out an aria, and they applauded. It was the most fun I've ever had on a moving day.
Running a small-batch chocolate business from home means I have tempering machines, molds, and a lot of temperature-sensitive ingredients. The crew treated my equipment like it belonged in a laboratory. They kept my cocoa butter in a climate-controlled section of the truck. When we arrived, everything was intact and my business was back up within two days.
Moving furniture out of a storage unit can be difficult, especially when some of the pieces haven't been touched in years. These guys handled everything carefully and efficiently. They cleaned up the area as they worked and made sure all the furniture was protected before loading it. The delivery was just as smooth, and everything arrived in excellent condition. Great experience overall.
I was not satisfied with the moving service. The arrangements could have been handled more professionally. Communication was not as clear as I would have liked. I expected a smoother and more organized moving experience.
There were some items of broken antiques that were very important to us as a family. They were wrapped and clearly labelled as fragile, one by one. There was no damage in the move.
We moved cross-country with furniture and storage unit. The crew produced everything in one efficient trip. Very well done!
