I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
The moving team from Budget Relo was great. The move from CA to TX went very smoothly. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and was very friendly. Strongly suggested!
When they reassembled my bed, they realized they’d lost half the screws. My bed frame is still wobbly, and I’ve had to order new hardware on my own dime to fix it.
I had to move from a third-floor apartment to a ground-level duplex, and my biggest concern was a large fish tank with live plants and gear. The movers asked questions before touching anything and found a solid way to brace it during transport. It was the one item I expected to go wrong, but it didn't. They worked smart and didn't rush just to finish early.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I was impressed by how organized the crew was throughout the move. They protected my belongings, labeled the boxes clearly, and made unpacking simple. Everything arrived safely, and I would gladly use them again.
We had a strict schedule because my partner's new work required us to move out of state. The movers we used from this firm packed up our two-bedroom condo quickly and effectively. We had no problems when we got to our new house since they were cordial and professional the entire time. Without a doubt, we would hire them once more!

One word: HORRIBLE. The movers dragged my leather couch across the pavement, leaving huge scratches. They also damaged the walls in my new home trying to force a desk through a doorway that was clearly too small. Do not hire them.
