Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
From the moment they arrived, the crew was courteous and well prepared. They handled every item carefully and finished the move on time. It was a smooth experience, and I would happily recommend them.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of the entire team. They made a potentially stressful situation feel simple and manageable. Their reliability and professionalism were exceptional.
The driver of Truck #210 made it easy to navigate the narrow winding roads in the mountains for the delivery of our household items as ordered, safely and exactly to the correct time.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
I was worried about fitting everything into my new 2 bedroom, but the team planned everything well. They packed the boxes carefully and kept the important items easy to access. I was very satisfied with the service.
Beyond pleased! Transferred home office, several computers, and several desks. The crew numbered each of them and put them together in the right order. Terrific service!
The movers were careful, competent, and on time. It was a stress-free and effective experience because the entire transfer went off without a hitch. Great service and lovely to deal with.
We were packing the night before and needed assistance at the last minute. The team arrived quickly and completed all the work. Total lifesavers!
Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and focused on delivering the best possible service. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
