Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
The cross country relocation went off without a hitch. Budget Relo is my highest possible recommendation; if I could give them more than six stars, I would. We would have no hesitation in hiring them again.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I had to move from a third-floor apartment to a ground-level duplex, and my biggest concern was a large fish tank with live plants and gear. The movers asked questions before touching anything and found a solid way to brace it during transport. It was the one item I expected to go wrong, but it didn't. They worked smart and didn't rush just to finish early.
When they reassembled my bed, they realized they’d lost half the screws. My bed frame is still wobbly, and I’ve had to order new hardware on my own dime to fix it.
We were packing the night before and needed assistance at the last minute. The team arrived quickly and completed all the work. Total lifesavers!
The movers helped me transition from a big house to a smaller space without any hassle. Everything was packed neatly, labeled properly, and delivered with care. Their organization really stood out.
I was impressed by how organized the crew was throughout the move. They protected my belongings, labeled the boxes clearly, and made unpacking simple. Everything arrived safely, and I would gladly use them again.
I had a cross-country move, and I was nervous about my belongings making it in one piece. But I hit the jackpot with this company! My furniture and boxes arrived on schedule, and nothing was missing or damaged. To add to it, I also appreciated the constant communication, and the crew was friendly and professional too. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
The driver of Truck #210 made it easy to navigate the narrow winding roads in the mountains for the delivery of our household items as ordered, safely and exactly to the correct time.
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Budget Relo holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
