Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
I was disappointed with the level of care shown during parts of the move. Some furniture was moved without enough attention to the surrounding space. The crew also seemed rushed at times. I expected a more professional experience.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
Beyond pleased! Transferred home office, several computers, and several desks. The crew numbered each of them and put them together in the right order. Terrific service!
I was impressed by how organized the crew was throughout the move. They protected my belongings, labeled the boxes clearly, and made unpacking simple. Everything arrived safely, and I would gladly use them again.
If you are thinking about booking a moving service, I would say go ahead with them. The way they handled each step showed they knew what they were doing. There was no guesswork involved.
The movers helped me transition from a big house to a smaller space without any hassle. Everything was packed neatly, labeled properly, and delivered with care. Their organization really stood out.
Everything was inside by 3 PM, which gave me plenty of time to relax. I moved out of my two-bedroom place yesterday, and the experience was pretty straightforward. I had a lot of large items that wouldn't fit in my own vehicle, so having the truck was a lifesaver. They offloaded the bins in the right rooms so I could actually find my things the next morning. I'm glad it's over, and I'd suggest giving them a call.
I needed a company that could meet a specific moving time due to work requirements, and this company did not disappoint. They were punctual, packed everything carefully and ensured the whole move stayed on schedule. They delivered the furniture to my new home on time, with no breaks and no missing items. 10/10 service!
I moved twice in the last two years, and the second time I did not even bother looking anywhere else. Budget Relo was the obvious choice after my first experience with them.
