Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
With Budget Relo, moving is a breeze! Members of the manager's staff were strong, respectful, professional, and punctual. From taking everything apart to putting everything back together, they handled it all with care and efficiency. Because of the excellent service and reasonable costs, I highly suggest them.
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I needed a company that could meet a specific moving time due to work requirements, and this company did not disappoint. They were punctual, packed everything carefully and ensured the whole move stayed on schedule. They delivered the furniture to my new home on time, with no breaks and no missing items. 10/10 service!
The movers helped me transition from a big house to a smaller space without any hassle. Everything was packed neatly, labeled properly, and delivered with care. Their organization really stood out.
We were packing the night before and needed assistance at the last minute. The team arrived quickly and completed all the work. Total lifesavers!
If you value punctuality, this group is top-notch. They gave me an arrival window and showed up right on the dot. I pointed out some delicate tea sets I inherited from my mother, and they carefully wrapped them in layers of packing paper. I also had this heavy wooden armoire that needed to be maneuvered out of a tight hallway. They measured everything first and moved it slowly so as not to scratch the paint on the walls. They worked quietly and efficiently, as if they’d been doing this all their lives. I could hardly believe how easy it was.
How grateful I am for Budget Relo assistance defies description. Easily the greatest service I've ever had from any business, let alone a moving company. Had the option, I would give them a rating greater than five stars. The movers who came before me smashed my bed and what appeared to be an air purifier that had been dropped from a great height. But they were very careful with my possessions when they loaded and unloaded the truck. Exceedingly competent and informed staff members. It gave me great comfort and assurance to know that my possessions were in capable hands with them.
The driver of Truck #210 made it easy to navigate the narrow winding roads in the mountains for the delivery of our household items as ordered, safely and exactly to the correct time.
My move involved a lot of bulky furniture, including a treadmill and a reclining chair. The team carefully took apart the treadmill, storing all the parts in a clearly labeled box. They wrapped my dining table in a thick quilt-like material, and my recliner was secured with straps to prevent movement. At the new location, they rolled out protective mats before unloading, ensuring my hardwood floors stayed clean and undamaged.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Budget Relo holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
