My move was going from one state to another. The crew spent the morning loading the truck and then made the drive out to the new place. When they arrived, they started bringing things in and setting them in the rooms. The house was still pretty empty, so it was easy to see things coming together as the day went on. It took most of the afternoon to finish up, but the move was handled without any confusion along the way.
They were constantly blasting loud music from their phone. I couldn’t even hear my own phone ringing. And the lyrics weren’t exactly family-friendly either.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
