I was disappointed with the level of care shown during parts of the move. Some furniture was moved without enough attention to the surrounding space. The crew also seemed rushed at times. I expected a more professional experience.

I had a washing machine that I thought would never get down my narrow hallway, but Morris tilted it sideways and rolled it out like he had done it a thousand times before.
