Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
Beyond pleased! Transferred home office, several computers, and several desks. The crew numbered each of them and put them together in the right order. Terrific service!
I was disappointed with the level of care shown during parts of the move. Some furniture was moved without enough attention to the surrounding space. The crew also seemed rushed at times. I expected a more professional experience.
I expected a smoother moving experience. There were several unnecessary delays during loading and unloading. It became very stressful.
The service did not meet my expectations. My furniture was not wrapped as carefully as I had hoped, and a few pieces ended up with small scratches after the move.
From the moment they arrived, the crew was courteous and well prepared. They handled every item carefully and finished the move on time. It was a smooth experience, and I would happily recommend them.
Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive, and focused on delivering the best possible service. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
The driver of Truck #210 made it easy to navigate the narrow winding roads in the mountains for the delivery of our household items as ordered, safely and exactly to the correct time.
I truly appreciated the excellent communication and attention to detail. The team remained professional throughout and made the entire experience stress-free.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Budget Relo holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
