Can’t believe how painless this was! I have a king-size bed with a complicated headboard that has built-in shelves. The crew expertly disassembled it, placing all the screws and connectors in a Ziploc bag taped to one of the headboard pieces. They also used padding to protect the shelves themselves from shifting around. Once we reached my new place, they reassembled it quickly, verifying each screw was in the right spot. They asked if I wanted the headboard flush against the wall or slightly angled. It felt like having a personal concierge for my furniture.
My move involved a lot of bulky furniture, including a treadmill and a reclining chair. The team carefully took apart the treadmill, storing all the parts in a clearly labeled box. They wrapped my dining table in a thick quilt-like material, and my recliner was secured with straps to prevent movement. At the new location, they rolled out protective mats before unloading, ensuring my hardwood floors stayed clean and undamaged.
I was disappointed with the level of care shown during parts of the move. Some furniture was moved without enough attention to the surrounding space. The crew also seemed rushed at times. I expected a more professional experience.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
I was lucky to have Richard and Charles assist me with my relocation today. They were really professional and arrived on schedule. My dad has a handicap, and I was looking after him, but the movers paid close attention to my specific requirements and prioritized moving the most vital items first. My LEDs are really slim, and I was concerned about some big, vintage mirrors, but everything came in fine shape.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
