Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
I was impressed by how organized the crew was throughout the move. They protected my belongings, labeled the boxes clearly, and made unpacking simple. Everything arrived safely, and I would gladly use them again.
I was disappointed with the overall moving experience. The team could have been better organized, and communication was not as clear as I expected. Moving is already stressful, so I hoped the process would be easier. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations.
The movers took longer than expected to complete the job. There was also some confusion about where certain boxes needed to go. Communication throughout the move could have been better. I left the experience feeling unsatisfied.
I looked into which moving company offered the best help because I was moving my fragile dinnerware, china cabinets and center table. Finally, I called this company because they had good reviews on Google. After Andrew and I discussed everything in detail on the call, I felt confident and at ease. Nevertheless, on the day of the move, everything went pretty quickly!
The movers helped me transition from a big house to a smaller space without any hassle. Everything was packed neatly, labeled properly, and delivered with care. Their organization really stood out.
I got quotes from a few moving companies, but some weren't clear about their fees. Budget Relo provided me with a written quote detailing its hourly rate, travel expenses, and packing fees. No hidden charges.
It has never been easier to transfer! The staff worked swiftly and effectively while being extremely cautious with my belongings.
The process of moving used to terrify me until I hired Budget Relo. Their workers were so laid-back yet totally professional. They cracked jokes to lighten the mood but still managed to be diligent when handling my stuff. When I changed my mind about where to put a heavy bookcase at the last second, they smiled and handled it without complaining. It was the first time I actually found moving day kind of fun! Prices were fair, and the timeline was exactly as promised. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I needed a company that could meet a specific moving time due to work requirements, and this company did not disappoint. They were punctual, packed everything carefully and ensured the whole move stayed on schedule. They delivered the furniture to my new home on time, with no breaks and no missing items. 10/10 service!
Beyond pleased! Transferred home office, several computers, and several desks. The crew numbered each of them and put them together in the right order. Terrific service!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Budget Relo holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
