We hired Budget Moving Services to help relocate our work office to midtown Atlanta and Suwanee, GA for our long distance move from Charlotte, North Carolina. They diligently and professionally pad wrapped and Shrink wrapped all our furniture and boxed out TV, and handled our other fragile kitchen boxes/valuables with care. They were super thorough, careful, and quick. They thoroughly explained all the documentation and balance due. There was no upcharges or hidden fees, we did have one additional fee to pay for a long carry fee and for being on the 3rd story without an elevator at delivery, which we had to pay extra at delivery as the truck was more than 150 feet from our office building entrance but otherwise, there were no other hidden fees. They let us know a day before pickup and delivery and gave clear communication when they were 30 min-1hr out. The very great! Very professional, affordable, and the movers all did a solid job. Everything arrived safely with no damage. Would highly recommend and use again.
We had a complex move involving a Storage Unit to Household move in Decatur, GA with a second stop at my daughters apartment in Marietta to delivery some furniture and other household goods to her that we weren’t using anymore. The movers had lined up the logistics of the timeline perfectly (we wanted to miss the Atlanta rush hour traffic). Their local full-service moving labor is top-tier, and affordable! The movers had a great work ethic, teamwork, and highly organized, quick and careful and were highly efficient as heavy furniture movers and the logistical challenges that came with our requests for the household relocation
Nicholas made the process very easy. He was very nice and professional. The pricing was a little on the higher side compared to other companies. But it was totally worth it. We got Phil, Monty, and. Trevor aa our movers and their crew was amazing. Respectful of us and our stuff. Hardworking crew, and very detailed and organized throughout the entire process. Will definitely be using them again.
Budget moving services showed up within hours and managed to save the rest of my furniture from being thrown on the street because I was already past the move-out date dealing with an angry landlord over not returning my security deposit but that’s a different story for a different day; and I’m very grateful that Budget moving services was able to come out and offer me same-day moving for my move going from Suwanee, GA to Asheville, NC!! They each these 5-stars like crazy!!! Nicholas (owner) was the person I spoke to most of the time but while their prices are not bargain basement, you get more than what you pay for. The initial moving company charged much less but when it came time to get my items back pieces from my computer backpack were missing DVDs worth thousands of dollars didn't show up for almost 15/18 days… with no communication, and nothing was classified/organized and marked down. They simply grabbed my stuff through it in the back of a truck. So dealing with budget moving services and having people who cared was such a huge relief lol. Budget Moving Services is not only professionally ran by a single person who does all the backend work, dispatch, customer service, etc — but he runs the moving company and organization exactly how the customer would want it in my opinion… affordable, reliable and friendly movers who know what they are doing and are doing it properly, every item was boxed and marked and I saw it on a checklist before the move, during/after the move. I wish I had called them the first time I moved from Massachusetts to Suwanee, GA because of debacle that I ended up in with the “moving company/broker” and after using them vs budget moving services… I now know what questions to ask, and what to look for — and to avoid any company with the name Van Line in the name … I learned from the movers that’s just a fancy word for Moving Brokerage. first mover never would have happened if I had known that but ya live and ya learn. Andrew and Nicholas (budget moving company owner/operator) knows the story but I don't feel like revealing that in a public forum . For all you're moving, packing, and/or even storage needs I highly recommend Budget Moving Services in Gwinnett county. If you get Andrew as your moving foreman — Tell Andrew that him and his team are well known as "drews crew". He may or may not drop a discount from that, but at least you'll make him laugh. 💪🏻

For anyone who knows the logistics for a PCS move are complex and a lot to deal with, and their service exceeded our expectations. As a military family, we’ve navigated several relocations, and this company stood out for their professionalism, knowledge, detail-oriented, and understanding of military move requirements. And had the pre clearance done within 48hours so the movers could arrive and get onto the base at pickup and at delivery for the out of state move!! From start to finish, the entire team at Budget Moving Services was punctual, responsive, arriving on time for both pickup and delivery, which was critical given our tight timeline. The crew handled our belongings with great care, ensuring that everything—from our furniture to fragile items like our dining set—arrived in perfect condition.
