Transparent and Honest Pricing. Binding Moving Contract. No Hidden Fees, and No Last-Minute Up Charges
We hired 2movers from Budget moving services to help with our Sandy Springs law office relocating towards Dunwoody, and we needed movers who were as meticulous and honest with moving contracts & moving quotes as we are. Their moving quote was a document of clarity—pricing never changed. Any additional fees (like for moving bulky furniture up stairs) were explicitly listed as possibilities upfront. The execution was flawless, and the invoice required no scrutiny. Top-tier commercial movers in my opinion, and would absolutely use them again next time my lease expires and I need to move my business again.

Affordable Long-distance moving, packing, and storage company in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Called them for Same-day moving services and they arrived within 2hrs. Truly top tier movers!
Budget moving services showed up within hours and managed to save the rest of my furniture from being thrown on the street because I was already past the move-out date dealing with an angry landlord over not returning my security deposit but that’s a different story for a different day; and I’m very grateful that Budget moving services was able to come out and offer me same-day moving for my move going from Suwanee, GA to Asheville, NC!! They each these 5-stars like crazy!!! Nicholas (owner) was the person I spoke to most of the time but while their prices are not bargain basement, you get more than what you pay for. The initial moving company charged much less but when it came time to get my items back pieces from my computer backpack were missing DVDs worth thousands of dollars didn't show up for almost 15/18 days… with no communication, and nothing was classified/organized and marked down. They simply grabbed my stuff through it in the back of a truck. So dealing with budget moving services and having people who cared was such a huge relief lol. Budget Moving Services is not only professionally ran by a single person who does all the backend work, dispatch, customer service, etc — but he runs the moving company and organization exactly how the customer would want it in my opinion… affordable, reliable and friendly movers who know what they are doing and are doing it properly, every item was boxed and marked and I saw it on a checklist before the move, during/after the move. I wish I had called them the first time I moved from Massachusetts to Suwanee, GA because of debacle that I ended up in with the “moving company/broker” and after using them vs budget moving services… I now know what questions to ask, and what to look for — and to avoid any company with the name Van Line in the name … I learned from the movers that’s just a fancy word for Moving Brokerage. first mover never would have happened if I had known that but ya live and ya learn. Andrew and Nicholas (budget moving company owner/operator) knows the story but I don't feel like revealing that in a public forum . For all you're moving, packing, and/or even storage needs I highly recommend Budget Moving Services in Gwinnett county. If you get Andrew as your moving foreman — Tell Andrew that him and his team are well known as "drews crew". He may or may not drop a discount from that, but at least you'll make him laugh. 💪🏻

Took care of all my Military Moving Logistics for me with Prescreening!! Great Long Distance Moving experience and services!!
My family recently used Budget Moving Services for our recent out of state move to Savannah, GA from Colorado Springs, CO. For anyone who knows the logistics for a PCS move are complex and a lot to deal with, and their service exceeded our expectations. As a military family, we’ve navigated several relocations, and this company stood out for their professionalism, knowledge, detail-oriented, and understanding of military move requirements. And had the pre clearance done within 48hours so the movers could arrive and get onto the base at pickup and at delivery for the out of state move!! From start to finish, the entire team at Budget Moving Services was punctual, responsive, arriving on time for both pickup and delivery, which was critical given our tight timeline. The crew handled our belongings with great care, ensuring that everything—from our furniture to fragile items like our dining set—arrived in perfect condition. Their familiarity with military protocols, including coordination with the transportation office, made the process seamless and stress-free. The customer service team was responsive, quickly addressing our questions and accommodating a last-minute schedule change with ease. The movers were courteous and efficient, hardworking, friendly, and insane work-ethic and being able to talk and hold a conversation while handling the moving service for us—which made a big difference during the chaos of relocating. Great experience!
We had a complex move involving a Storage Unit to Household move in Decatur, GA with a second stop at my daughters apartment in Marietta to delivery some furniture and other household goods to her that we weren’t using anymore. The movers had lined up the logistics of the timeline perfectly (we wanted to miss the Atlanta rush hour traffic). Their local full-service moving labor is top-tier, and affordable! The movers had a great work ethic, teamwork, and highly organized, quick and careful and were highly efficient as heavy furniture movers and the logistical challenges that came with our requests for the household relocation

The staff and the Movers from Budget Moving Services were incredible!!!
Nicholas made the process very easy. He was very nice and professional. The pricing was a little on the higher side compared to other companies. But it was totally worth it. We got Phil, Monty, and. Trevor aa our movers and their crew was amazing. Respectful of us and our stuff. Hardworking crew, and very detailed and organized throughout the entire process. Will definitely be using them again.

Great job by Nicholas, Phil, and their usual crew. Very fast and efficient. They were very careful with all my furnishings. Nicholas was very friendly and was easy to work with. They showed up early, got to work and started right on time, and went straight to 100% for the 6hr/7hr move they helped me with from moving my previous townhome into my new ground 3-story home!! You can’t go wrong with Budget Moving Services. 100% the best Relocation service I’ve used and have came across, and the fact that they’re a family-owned and operated moving company makes them 100x more valuable in my book. So incredibly grateful for all of the backbreaking help from the crew of local movers in Gainesville, Georgia and the movers in Knoxville, Tennessee who assisted the driver from budget moving services with unloading the truck. I just want to start off by saying that the quality of care that goes into their services and the care for their customers + overall customer service does NOT go unnoticed. All of those departments (the 24/7 customer service, Nicholas (my move coordinator) , the support team, and of course — the local moves and the long-distance movers in both Georgia & in Tennessee that helped with professionally moving, loading, packing, wrapping & protecting our businesses items, to the unloading, unpacking, reassembly of our employees desks, restaging & reorganizing everything for the company room-by-room was incredible and they exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Thank you again to everyone from Budget Moving Services that helped coordinate the state-to-state moving services for our business and our employees. They handled the loading and transportation of our equipment and office furniture professionally. You could see the level of professionalism and experience just by how they were handling the move, working as a team, and how seamlessly they worked from moving furniture items and other delicate, fragile equipment and electronics room-by-room. Their commercial moving services were worth every penny and the assigned movers were incredible. They were always carefully loading and transporting our office furniture, electronics and other business office equipment (printers, computers, etc) and misc. supplies while keeping the move detailed and organized. They confirmed the delivery details with us, kept the labeled items together, used multiple techniques to keep the items together (color-coding, specific markings, variety of colored bands) and they communicated about the scheduled pickup days before, the night before, the morning of our move, and then along the way with their final ETA. Their experience with interstate commercial moving made the transition much more manageable and helped minimize disruption to our operations. As a businessman who’s constantly traveling for work, time is my most valuable asset—and moving was the last thing I wanted to stress about or even think about. I chose Budget Moving Services after a recommendation from one of my colleagues who had just recently moved from Chicago to Dallas, TX and I’m genuinely glad I did. From the start, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, help, professional, and knew exactly what I needed for that “stress-free experience”. They worked around my schedule, and coordinated packing while I was away on a business trip. Communication was excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way through emails and phone updates various times throughout the days up until delivery. That level of transparency gave me confidence in my decision and total peace of mind. Most impressive was how well they handled everything without needing constant input from me. My home office setup, fragile electronics, and important documents were packed with care and labeled properly. Nothing was misplaced, mislabeled, or damaged. Best possible moving experience using their out of state moving services to our newest apartment
We had the best possible experience in moving out of state into our new apartment 10 minutes from the beach in JAcksonville, Florida out of Lawrenceville, Georiga thanks to Phil, Nicholas, Montenez, and the rest of this crew of professional movers from Budget Moving Services. They were incredibly detailed in wrapping and protecting our furniture and electronics. They got our whole house wrapped up and loaded in a single day and were all a pleasure to deal with. Highest recommendation to this company and this crew.
